The best quality of salted Anchovies wants to be in extra virgin olive oil. These anchovies are 10-12 cm long, taste refined and are not as salty as the anchovies from the supermarket. We use these as a delicious replacement of salt to many Italian, Portuguese and Spanish dishes. Our favorite way of eating them is on top of a thick slice of fresh bread with some tomatoes and olive oil (our office lunch!)
